No. Backsy doesn't touch the POS. The seller confirms the eligible purchase from the panel.
How does the customer get their sticker?
Scanning the branch QR/NFC creates a request. The seller approves it and the customer sees the sticker credited.
Who approves the purchase?
The branch staff, using a panel designed for counter use.
Can I change the reward or the rules?
Yes. The merchant configures the reward, the number of stickers and the terms visible to the customer.
Does it work across multiple branches?
Yes. Each branch has its own QR/NFC, its own staff and its own activation control.
