Pilot Terms

VIADEV SpA operates and commercializes this service under the trade name Backsy.

Backsy is a web-based loyalty service for physical merchants. A consumer scans a branch QR or NFC, merchant staff validates the eligible purchase, and the consumer progresses toward the configured reward.

The Pilot is a limited operational stage with authorized merchants. It does not replace the point of sale or process payments, prescriptions, diagnoses or clinical information.

The merchant manages its campaign, branches, authorized team and visible rules. Staff can only operate in assigned branches. Each consumer uses their own digital card.

Participants must keep credentials under their control and report unrecognized access. VIADEV SpA may suspend access when needed to protect the Pilot or investigate misuse.

The merchant's visible campaign defines eligible purchases, visit count, reward and validity. A visit is added only after staff approval. Redemption is recorded to prevent duplicates.

Reviews are always optional. No review or particular rating is required to obtain visits or rewards.

During the Pilot, onboarding, plan, collection and renewal are coordinated manually with each merchant. There is no automatic billing in the application.

Specific conditions approved for each Design Partner are confirmed in the private onboarding channel before real customers are activated.

Backsy must only be used for the loyalty flow described here. Purchased products, medications, prescriptions, diagnoses, health information, biometrics or other sensitive data must not be entered.

• Do not attempt to access another merchant, branch or card.
• Do not create fictitious visits, approvals or redemptions.
• Do not share merchant or staff panel credentials.
• Do not use Backsy for unauthorized commercial communications.

VIADEV SpA may adjust or stop a Pilot function to maintain its security, integrity or operation. A material change will be coordinated with participating merchants before affected use continues.

A merchant may request deactivation of its Pilot operation through support. Associated data handling is described in the Pilot Privacy Notice.

This version applies to the Pilot from its publication date. The visible version and date identify the terms accepted during onboarding.
